We loved exploring the stunning beaches, especially the children's beaches like Sapodilla Bay. The calm, crystal-clear waters were perfect for my little ones. Also, we had some fantastic family tennis matches each evening, making great use of the facilities while enjoying quality time together.
My wife says that the extra fees caught us off guard.

The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly, enhancing the overall experience. A downside was the insufficient communication during check-in, and the facilities could use some improvements. Overall, a lovely place for a family getaway, though some areas need attention.

The fitness facilities were lacking, with limited equipment and no dedicated space for workouts. Although there were beautiful views and an amazing beachfront, the beachside service was slow and could have been more attentive. On a positive note, the oceanfront suite was breathtaking, and we loved having the convenience of toasted sandwiches at the snack bar. The friendly staff always went the extra mile, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions.
